Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Last Wednesday, I drove 11 hours from Kabul to Kandahar, where I spent the night before arriving in Spin Boldak, the border town of Afghanistan facing Chaman in Pakistan.

Our convoy of 4 trucks crossed into Afghanistan after a brief ceremony. The convoy carried flour (40 tons), rice (12 tons), sugar (8 tons), ghee (6 tons), and green tea (2 tons) for a total of 68 tons of aid.

I thank all of you who donated to this cause and prayed for us. May Allah (SWT) reward you for bringing ease and joy to our brothers and sisters in Afghanistan this Ramadan who face this international criminal isolation. Your deeds this Ramadan will also include their prayers!

I arrived home yesterday after 20 days on the road. I will raise funds and return to Kabul in a couple of weeks. If you want to donate, please check the following link for the details:(https://aidtoafghanistan.com/donation/).

I am identifying 50 families of widows and their orphan children in Kabul city and Zurmat district in Paktia province and will start their sponsorship this Ramadan. I will announce the details later.

I will keep you posted.

Once again, thank you for your help.

Wassalam,
Suleman Ahmer
