About Us

Aid to Afghanistan was founded by individuals to alleviate the conditions and sufferings of the people of Afghanistan. For over four decades, the Afghans have endured hardships of unimaginable magnitude ,including drastic violence, wars, displacement, acute hunger, chronic poverty and natural disasters.

At present there is critical need of shelter, water, food, health services, cash aid, and opportunities for livelihood. Millions are vulnerable. It is a time when every ounce of effort and every penny counts. Join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of our fellow brothers and sisters in Afghanistan.

ATA works through its Strategic and Implementing partners to execute its projects. This strategy saves on resources and allows us to capitalize on the strengths of multiple organizations. In Pakistan, our strategic partner is Al Islah Center based in Mardan, KPK Province. In Afghanistan, our implementing partner is Naseer Welfare Foudation (NWF).

Suleman Ahmer

Chairman

He founded Timelenders (management training and consultancy) and the Mostar Institute (life and business coaching), to help individuals and organizations develop powerful purposes and visions.

Clients are in hundreds including Etisalat, Bayer, Siemens, Riphah University, Indus Hospital, Amreli Steels and the Pakistan Army.

He has taught at Universities like LUMS and KSBL.

His relief work with a Chicago based NGO spans 6 war zones including Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Chechnya and has captured the experiences in his book, the Embattled Innocence.

He has spoken on geopolitics at over forty US Universities including the Harvard, MIT, Georgetown and the University of Chicago.

As a material scientist, his research with the US Air Force and the US Navy has been published.

He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Psychology.

Hassan Razvi

Managing Director

Hassan is an entrepreneur currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of a leather export business. He is a graduate of Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi and has served in the corporate sector and multiple startups.

As the Managing Director of A.T.A he is responsible for planning, organizing & managing all relief efforts directed towards helping Afghanistan in this time of need.

Faisal Abdul Aziz

Program Director

Faisal is an experienced management professional
with a history of working in the manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing, and education management industry.

He is a graduate of Near East University of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus with a degree in Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA).

Skilled in management, HR consulting, business and life coaching, he has rendered his services to businesses and individuals within and outside of Pakistan.

He has traveled to eight countries including England, France, Turkey, and all over Pakistan to conduct training sessions and provide business consultancy.

Always eager to help people facing challenges in their life, he is involved in welfare projects in rural areas of Balochistan and war-torn Afghanistan.
